So...I love the summer. Yes, LOVE. I do whatever the heck I want, whenever I want, and it's all fun. Because even the housework is fun believe it or not. When you've been stressing over your job all year and then finally have a good chunk of time off, it's amazing let me tell ya. I've really made an effort to work out more, and I feel pretty good about my efforts. No, I haven't been amazing gym girl who lives at 24 Hour Fitness for hours on end, but I really have been going at least 3 times a week, which is up from 0. I've been taking cycling classes, zumba classes, power sculpting, and working out on my own. I have to say I feel pretty good. Except for this little stomach fat that won't go away-but I'm sure that's due to my sweet tooth. So I feel good. I'm healthy, slightly tan, life is good :o) (I know there's more to life than this, don't worry).
Next week marks the beginning of the Sims/ Anderson wedding festivities. As it is I am obsessed with weddings, and when one of my dear friends is getting married it's even more special. To get mentally prepared I've been doing things like looking at hairdos online, watching Say Yes To the Dress, reminiscing with my own wedding photos and I am ready! I love being married to Patrick we have a great time together, and I know Becca and Ryan will feel the same. They are truly special people.
After their wedding, Patrick and I will be driving like crazy fools to California for Colby and Ashley's wedding. So the obsessed with weddings girl gets to go to two in one weekend! Woo hoo! After their wedding I'm going to try to talk Patrick into taking me to Knott's Berry Farm. I've never been and I've heard that the rides are better than Disney Land-well then, bring it on! Shortly after we'll be going camping with the whole Jones clan in central California. Moro Bay is apparently a beautiful place, and near some wineries...you know what that means :o) I'm very much looking forward to these events on our "scheduled" vacation. As for the rest, I will be doing (you guessed it) whatever I want! Life is good.
